"Great facilities, immaculately clean and a great standard. Great location for us as was up a hill to get there with great views over the sea. We didn’t mind the hill but less able people would perhaps find an issue so ensure you are aware"
"Room was fairly run down, air con not working when arrived, although was fixed with a call to maintenance. Cockroaches were in the bathroom on 2 occasions, as well as out on the patio.
Ceiling fan made a racket when turned on. Closest neighbours smoking weed out on patio all day and night with no approach from staff so whole pool area stank.
Plus points were breakfast buffet and proximity to main centre"
"Perfectly located for the beach and the golden mile with its restaurants. Well maintained grounds and very peaceful even with quiet a few children there"
"First of all, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entertainment team for their amazing performances every single night. They are incredibly talented, well-coordinated, and hardworking. Every show was absolutely wonderful and entertaining! They truly deserve a lot of recognition and appreciation for their outstanding efforts. 👏👏
The swimming pools and entertainment facilities are excellent, offering plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day.
The food and drinks are...
"We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time.
We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony.
Our was spotless, cleaned everyday
The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely.
All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year."
"3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean.
Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude.
All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned.
Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...
"The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day.
Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm.
The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive.
Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too).
There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."
Inoltre era tutto a pagamento ( cassaforte, ventilatore e condizionatore...
