"Friendly staff, really good size room, nicely decorated. Let down by a really uncomfortable mattress that was lumpy and uneven plus a foul smell of fungus in the bathroom. The bathroom itself looked clean, so I suspect it originated in the drains."
"Everything was great. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is very well organized and maintained. It is also an excellent choice for families with children, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to other travellers."

"Very convenient for a nights stay. Despite being in a pub it was very quiet. Lovely clean, soft towels and clean sheets . Staff were friendly , easy for dinner and breakfast"
"Our room number 14, was outside and up a very creaky staircase. The double doors to the room were mostly glass with a curtain to pull inside. The floor to the left sunk as you walked on it, it felt like just the carpet was stopping you from falling through. When I mentioned this to the girl on reception, she said the building was listed so hard to do work! THIS IS A HAZARD! The bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi very sketchy and poor.
The courtyard to walk to the room was dirty and had dirty ashtrays on...
"Everything was great, friendly staff and everything maintained to a high standard. The breakfast was great and in a lovely setting. The only issue I had was I couldn’t connect to the WIFI when I needed to as the code wasn’t in the visitor guide. It simply said speak to a member of staff if you are having trouble, but it was too late for that and unfortunately this is a far greater inconvenience that maybe it should be. But such is the world we live in. This is, however, surely a very simple fix....
"It was located in a quiet historic village. The room was nice . Comfy bed , nice shower and bathroom.

"We booked to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, we arrived on Friday afternoon and were shown ir room. I had booked a garden room (rooms away from the main building) which I soon realised had been very strategically photographed. The room was big but very dated but we didn’t mind as we would be at a wedding rehearsal that evening and the wedding the next day so little time spent in the room.
