"Nicely located property especially if you wanna visit Tianmen mountain. The room was big and in good condition. However, it was humid in the bedsheets…"
"Superó mis expectativas! Una habitación limpia y espaciosa. Para la categoría del hotel podría decir que es una excelente opción.
Agregar ía al menú del bistro un par de opciones vegetarianas..."
"The lady at the front desk is an absolute treasure: she upgraded our room to a gorgeous duplex with a view of Tienmen mountain and helped book our tickets to 72 Towers - plus took us to a restaurant nearby with excellent food. She was lovely and super helpful and made our stay wonderful.
As for the rest: the property is beautiful and super clean. Our room was super spacious and the beds so great to sleep in. Highly recommend staying here"
"Loved everything about this property. Spacious & clean room. Big & modern bathroom. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet & delicious. Self-serve laundry was handy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park."
"Fuimos en pareja y estuvimos muy a gusto. El trato de Amy fue muy amable, nos ayudó a gestionar las excursiones y estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades."
"The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and made our entire stay in Zhangjiajie so easy and memorable. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. They organized our full three-day itinerary for us, made sure we were able to see all of the biggest attractions, and even helped us get better prices on a lot of the tickets and activities.
One day we had trouble getting a DiDi, and without us even having to worry about it, the staff made sure we had a ride arranged and ready for us the next...
"Premium staff and hotel. The staff are exceptional and helped us book our 4 days of tourist attractions. This made it so easy to visit the National Forest and Tianmen Mountain with just our passports. Breakfast buffet and free laundry area were both a big plus. We would definitely stay again."
"This is THE hotel to stay at Zhangjiajie. The staff are extremely helpful with all ticket bookings and will plan your trip for you. They are also very friendly and will give you the best experience possible during your stay at Zhangjiajie."
"The property is a bit run down, the upstairs terrace almost tripped me. The location is good and the room was well proportioned. However it is starting to show its age as there was dirty marks on the walls and curtains. The breakfast was not good."
"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity.
The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable.
The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite...
"Location is 6 mins walk from the middle gate of the Forrest Park entrance and about 20 mins DiDi ride to Walingyuen or Xibu Old Street.
Staff super helpful. Gave us great suggestions on places to visit and also sold tickets to attractions.
Breakfast buffet was fine..mix of Chinese and Western foods. You can also order bowls of noodles 🍜 which comes in spicy soup.
We didn’t use the pool at all because of the weather. We went late September and we were ‘in the cloud’ most mornings on the 6...
