"Very spacious and great location."

"The shuttle is only once per hour and sadly we missed it so we took a taxi and it's about 15 minutes from Pudong airport. The room was very comfortable but it's not sound proof. Despite asking for a quiet room, we were placed below what I can only describe as a herd of elephants. They stomped till 11pm. If you have a family room, beware that above you will be another family, and they are not quiet . Two calls were made to the front desk and eventually the baby elephants collapsed asleep and let...

"Staffs were awesome and very kind!!! Great location!!! However, the room was little bit small."

"I picked this hotel after extensive research, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. Boasting an unbeatable location, it offers great convenience for sightseeing, food hunting and city walks. Check-in is on the second floor, and the staff are professional and courteous. ✨ Highlights Prime Location Right next to Zhongshan Park, just a short walk from Zhongshan Park Metro Station (Lines 2/3/4). Line 2 provides easy access to Lujiazui and Hongqiao Railway Station, making it an ideal base for...

"Large room within 10 minutes walk from the metro. Breakfast was ok, very basic."

"The property is located in the heart of the city. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also an ALDI grocery store near by!"

"The receptionist hardly spoke english with poor communication and lack of smile. No real information about shanghai tour or siteseeing!!! But in general our stay was very good"

The elevator light bulb is not working, we cannot even see the floor number. Shower room edge are full of mild, shower curtains is yellow. The power outlet sometime work , sometime not work, there are sparks when plug in. My partner cannot use the sleeping machine for sleep. There are mosquitoes and bugs in the room, we both feel inch and have red dots on the foots. We...

"I was looking for a hotel that helped me reduce costs, and came across this gem. The quality of the service, and the vibes of the room are amazing considering how affordable my stay was. The main area is a perfect to chill and/or work at any time of the day. Loved running around the area and all the way through The Bund"

"Hotel was tidy, staff were helpful, breakfast was average. Very close to SNIEC, 5 min drive away. Will stay again"
