"The view from our room was amazing, we had a perfect view of Arenal Volcano when looking out of the window. Transportation was provided when going throughout the facility. Housekeeping was very good at keeping our room clean, and they were nice enough to make towel animals for my daughter. She was very happy to come back to the room to see towel animals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were helpful with all of our needs, from laundry, to transportation, and anything else we needed....

And the restaurant food was to die for!! Best filet mignon I've ever had - not kidding! Mr. Howard at the restaurant was also wonderful, as well as the waiters, including Enrique. "This is a simple and cute property in Monteverde, not far from the town (as long as you have a car). The staff is very friendly and helped us book all of our tours. The breakfast was also excellent.
