"We had a lovely apartment with a separate bathroom. It had a sofa bed table chairs and a kitchen. The breakfast was expensive but very good food at lots of choices. The staff were very friendly."
"Stays for three nights to explore the medieval city and do a day trip to Toulouse. The hotel is very walkable to the medieval citadel and is also on a bus route so for us, well located for our needs but far from the main carcassonne and taxi to/from the airport will cost over €20.
Rooms large and clean, slight drain smell so needed to keep bathroom doors shut. The a/c annoyingly reverted to 25c from 22c during the night time so had to get up to regulate it (was 30/31c during day).

"A great stopover on our journey through France! The hotel was conveniently located to visit the medieval city and accessible from main roads in and out of Carcassonne. It was clean and modern with really helpful,friendly staff. The pool was a real bonus on a very hot day and we loved the grapevines lining the path into reception! Not seen that before!

"We stayed for one week at the end of July and enjoyed it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check- in went smooth even though we arrived day later Reception is open only for limited hours during day but you can easily check in/out- out of office hours, just contact host for the instructions.
Place is very calm and quiet, surrounded by vineyards. Best is to have a car to explore the area. Uless you preffere stay in and dip in the pool.Around 1 hour drive to very nice and not overcrowded Narbonne...
"Booked superior room with walk in shower,given standard complained and had another room second floor 40 stairs no lift.landing carpet threadbare in placestoilet flush ,seat broken.First day no bed made or clean towels, Second day bed made one hand & one bath towel for two people.Toilet roll ran out and replaced with half used roll.4 parking places for whole hotel.some of which were used by staff.Breakfast very limitedTables not cleaned and food not topped up always having to ask for...
"We only stayed one night so the room was adequate given the short stay. The room seemed very dated and small. The shower worked just fine was a little small and slippery for my standards.
The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the ac was a blessing.
The furniture in the rest of the building was beautiful but our room not too great."
