"Front desk guy is very helpful, we checked in found out there is no cold water , the toilet is not flushing , they gave us a small plastic bucket to flush the toilet , we stayed for 1 night from our 4 nights booked, they promised that they will fix the problem but it’s Friday so it’s hard to get someone, we end up leaving the next day evening as they have not fix the problem. "The hotel was really nice and had a cafe next to it which was perfect when leaving early to explore. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower cubical was quite small - no bath. The room had a fridge but would benefit from tea and coffee facilities. The location was ideal, near the church and although about 20 minute walk to the station, it was in a quiet part of Padua and close to the main square for restaurants."

"Everything was perfect"

"Good air conditioning, big room, nice staff, nice outside sitting area. Bathroom was well appointed and clean. Room needed renovation, wardrobe had no doors, in room safe tiny, but didn't work anyway. No curtains, and no explanation of the shutters outside the windows. Double bed was two Ikea single beds pushed together with a sheet on top. Great location right next to Zattere and Accademia vaporetto stops, with good services to both the train station and the airport."

"The entire staff! The floor staff always make sure that your is clean."

"Room is clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is excellent. Please note that the hotel is in Lido and takes a bit of time by water boat to reach Venice. Yet there's a beautiful beach nearby and the neighborhood is safe and less hectic."

"Nice hotel clean and looks like it’s freshly remodelled Staff were nice and helpful Room was clean but it had a light marijuana smell, the first night we thought it was there cause we left the window open but the smell remained the second day so maybe a guest smoked in it But even with that our stay was good and the hotel was nice"

"Nice location . Great staff , poor amenities, old rooms . In general, the location is 10 but the hotel is old ."

"Ottima soluzione per visitare Venezia senza spendere cifre folli per dormire. Struttura ben organizzata e pulitissima. Consigliata!"

"Amazing little property at a great price in Venice, close to all of the schools, which makes for a quieter environment over the high-tourist zones. Also, just a 15-20 min walk from the parking lots and train station. Highly recommend."

"Clean room and helpful staff"

"Great location, Nice room, friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Underrated . Highly recommended."
