The restaurant a 5 minute walk from the hotel served a good breakfast, loved the fresh eggs! We also had an evening meal there that was fantastic. One hour drive to Florence and 30 minutes drive to Mugello,perfect for our stay.I would highly recommend the hotel."

"Whilst on the surface the hotel does not look like the grand hotels we often stay in. This hotel exceeded in experience many times. The staff are wonderful, kind and patient with a traveller. "A wonderful apartment in a peaceful location. Great for us having an overnight stay whilst travelling through Italy. The room was comfortable, private and very quiet. A lovely garden and easy if you have a pet. The breakfast was fabulous and the owners really cant do enough to help. we bought two bottles of local wine which was delicious! A big thumbs up from us and we will certainly stay over again if we are passing by. Highly Recommended."

"Our stay st Villa Pannazza was not what we hoped it would be. We were located on a second floor unit. Very hot, one fan and an airconditioning unit in the room and vented out the window. We were eaten alive by the mosquitoes as a result of not being able to close windows. Staff were friendly but could not help us move to another room. Older, standing ponds and fountains in need of repair are contributing to mosquito problem on the property"
