Such a lovely hotel with beautiful high-quality decor and furnishings. The staff were friendly and helpful, the dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the environment peaceful for a good night's sleep. Will definitely come back again.

the room was filthy, bathroom full of mold which made it unsanitary. Hotel is run down and not maintained properly. Frankly speaking the worst room my wife and I had experienced in over 30 years of travel... Have pictures taken in the bathroom which I intend to send to the management of the hotel.

Het begon al meteen goed doordat er een ruime parkeer gelegheid was, het is prettig om direct bij het hotel te kunnen parkeren. Nadeel van het parkeren, wat ik de laatste dag opmerkte omdat ik op een andere plek geparkeerd stond, is dat de naaldbomen harsdruppels verliezen op de auto. Dat terzijde werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door de receptioniste en was alles uitstekend geregeld. De kamer was netjes en schoon en fijn dat er een ligbad aanwezig was. Het diner in het restaurant was voorzien van een ruime keuze en het restaurant zag er leuk uit. De bediening in het restaurant was uitstekend en verdient een compliment, zij wilde ervoor zorgen dat ons niks tekort kwam en was uitermate vriendelijk. Het eten was heerlijk, jammer genoeg is mijn reispartner ziek geworden maar het is niet duidelijk of dat van het eten kwam aangezien wij beide hetzelfde hebben genuttigd. Al met al is het zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

친절함이 필요한 호텔

볼로냐중앙역과 가깝고 조용한곳에 있어요 근처에 코나드수퍼도 있고, 공기는 좋아요 체크인 할때 체크아웃 할때 직원들 모두 표정이 없네요 물 없으니 사가야해요 오래되고 낡은데 관리는 잘 되어 있어요 샤워부스가 넘 작아서 남자들은 많이 불편할거 같고, 욕실은 따뜻한데 룸 난방 잘 안되요 환기 시키려고 커튼을 열었더니 소변냄새가 찌들어서 진동했어요ㅜㅜ 그래서 창문을 못 열게 커튼으로 모두 가려놓은거 같아요 조식은 괜찮아요
