"Our stay was amazing! Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful- always so kinda and made an effort to know us. Loved the pool side music. Clean rooms, safe area and pizza night was so fun! They even had gluten free for me which was so nice and it tasted great! I would definitely go back. I would just get a bigger room for our family- it was a bit tight for us 3"

We asked for a refund or credit and the hotel has declined the request. "I was given room 101 which was right next to reception so I couldn’t sleep due to the buzzer going off to let people in and people talking in reception. When I asked for a room change it was refused (I asked twice), so checked out 2 days early (although it was non-refundable) and booked a hotel around the corner that was more comfortable.
