"Location was great to the area shops, restaurants, taxis, and marina. Breakfast was reasonably priced and good tasting. Rooms were a nice size and clean. Housekeeping staff do a phenomenal job keeping the rooms clean. Hotel staff were all helpful and nice. Love their t-shirts! I tried to buy one but couldn’t. That’s my only suggestion, sell the t-shirts. Great advertisement!"
"Very nice hotel next to the harbour.
The rooms are very comfortable and bright and there is a nice tiny bathroom with rainshower. The bed is really good in room 112.
All persons especially at the reception are very friendly and very obliging.
The breakfast is a bit splitted but very common with fruits and cereals and all other stuff a kid needs for a day.
Pointing to the pool and whirlpool, those are perfect. After some exhausting day you can find some relaxation here in that pool area."
"Stayed at this hotel twice as it was near downtown Ponta Delgada and not far from the airport. Taxi ride was 10 Euros each direction to and from the airport. There is a taxi kiosk in the lobby to call the taxi, although a little confusing to use. First stay, front desk staff was not informing of things like parking tickets when parking out in front of hotel (had a car for first stay and got a ticket). There is a breakfast that can be purchased, buffet style. All Azores hotels have the same type...

"A very charming hotel away from the tourist crowds and in a beautiful historic part of the city.
The room was a lovely, large studio with fridge, hotplate, microwave, toaster, kettle, pod coffee maker, all the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans necessary to be independent if wished. On the 2nd floor we found it quiet. If there was noise from the nightclub across the street, with air conditioning and closed windows and shutters we barely heard it. Not a problem.
Honestly, I wouldn't even look to stay...
