Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal nett Zimmer okay, man muss aber wissen, dass man im Kneipenviertel ist. Wir sind mit dem letzten Flugzeug nachMitternacht angekommen und sind letztlich mit dem Taxi für 10 € gut hingekommen. Leider hatte das Hotel auf unsere Nachrichten mit Anfragen nach späten Check-in auch nach 0Uhr und Transfer vom Flughafen nicht geantwortet, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Bei Expedia stand, das Check-in bis 0 Uhr möglich ist. Wir haben dann eine Klingel gefunden und der Nachtportier hat uns auch 0:30Uhr geöffnet.

Idéal pour un séjour en centre-ville

Cet hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville proche des commerces. Il est au calme, propre et bien équipé. Dommge qu’il ne dispose pas de parking mais nous en avons trouvé un à 250 m de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était correct.

Location was great. Staff was great. Our room was facing the hotel restaurant, could not open the window otherwise smell of food along with the the flies and the noise would come in. The room was not cleaned properly. I think they forgot to vacuum the floors or they used a mop very quickly. It felt gross to me. Bed was not the best either. Price was reasonable.

The room was tiny, most of it occupied by a king bed. The ceiling in the washroom was wet and dripping. On the positive side, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good! The hotel is very close to the City Gates square and the harbor. AFAIK, there's no parking available at the hotel. All in all, a good short stay at a reasonable cost in Ponta Delgada's downtown.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de l'emplacement à Ponta Delgada, du personnel très serviable et de la taille de la chambre et de l'entretien de la chambre. Nous avons mis 3 étoiles pour le confort parce qu'il faisait froid et humide dans la chambre le premier soir. Il n'y avait plus d'appareil de chauffage d'appoint mais, heureusement, on en a reçu un le lendemain. De plus, les lits étaient trop durs et le déjeuner manquait de choix.

Excellent location, excellent staff and good breakfast. Restaurant on site is excellent but popular so reserve ahead. Some sort of disco has opened next door, try to get a room away from that side or you will be hearing it until 2:30am even during the week. Too bad, this hotel is excellent except for what is out of their control.
