"Leticia was a great example of employee attitude & customer service. I checked in after 9pm & she got everything done quickly. She was very friendly & offered to help with any issues.I hadn't eaten so I asked if she knew if a particular local restaurant was still open. She wasn't sure, but quickly looked on the internet & told me the closing time for the restaurant. Got my food just before they closed because of her help."

"Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast. A/C needed to be a little cooler & lumpy pillows."

"Room was clean and very concise for anyone that needed to work oit of the room. Looked like functional idea designs to best utilize space. Room was clean altho we had to ask for cups and soap. Breakfast was awful. Just packaged things like grits, breakfast bars, pop tarts... no toaster, no butter, no hot water to use of grits or oatmeal, we left to purchase food at convenience store next door."

"Great alternative to the rundown l brand hotel. Competitively. A few more creature comforts should be added, Towels, Paper towels soaps. "
