"Staff was incredible. So was the restaurant staff. All very friendly and attentive. The hotel manager is always there, he’s the best and so is the restaurant staff of the staff."

"Staff was great. Very friendly and very helpful."

"Super easy and convenient for a quick stay before heading to the airport at 5am. Shuttle service was great and quick. Staff was very nice and helpful with extended on-site parking while we were gone."

"We flew internationally to Philadelphia from Milan and with no connecting flights home that day. Having the hotel, literally, connected to the airport. We were cheerfully greeted, and quickly checked in, even offered bottled water-it's the small things. They even provide a shuttle to your airline in the morning. A great experience."

"Front desk was great. Reservation had no problems. Delighted you have ESPN —I’m a huge Chicago Bears fan and didn’t want to miss the game. First thing i checked on was the TV working properly. Happy to say yes it was, and the Bears won big time. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the stay was short but satisfying. Thank you ( and Go Bears)!!"

"Great staff and location"

"The room was super clean and the hotel is in the center of everything, Reading terminal market,Liberty bell, Independence hall. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking fee is high but that was the only negative."

"Painfully slow elevator. Waited in the area with 4, 1 came after 5 minutes but was full. Waited for another while the area filled with more people waiting. Ended up giving up and took the stairs 4 floors. Other than that, comfortable bed and convenient location."
