"The location is good and the design of the lobby is nice BUT the cleaning is very poor:
1- The shower is unclean at least in our room.
2- We asked them more than 3 times after they “clean” the room to make the bed and take the trash out. How do you clean the room if you don’t empty the trash bin or make the bed?
3- The lightbulb was flickering in the bathroom and it delays when it’s switched on.
4- The WiFi is slow."
"Basic hotel with minimal amenities. The building is older, but maintained. Location is excellent, right near tram and busses, easy 40 min walk to old town, (or catch the tram.) Breakfast was good, typical UK breakfast."
