"I had a late check out at 3pm made by the staff at the front desk. The day I was checking out housekeeping knocked on my door and when I opened it she just said "oh sorry", I told her I had a late check out at 3pm and she said ok. Went about my stay trying to relax and when I went to start getting ready I had left my room to go get something and found out I was locked out of it when I tried to get back in!
