"Very high standard of comfort and spotlessly clean. We arrived at 02:45am and left at 07:30 am . Just a few hours sleep between flights in and out of Luton. Be aware if you do this you need to phone reception to get in which we were not aware of. We just needed somewhere to avoid sitting in airport all night."

I must say I've never had a staff, at check-in and check-out that was so fantastic, smiling and very kind, in a genuine way, not in a "trained" way. A real great experience. The premises are ok.
