"Nice clean hotel. Very difficult to drive to so beware. You need to drive right past the front of the station, but sat nav and Waze doesn't know this!! Great for walking into the old town. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. "

"The property is in terrible condition i feel completely robbed the door worked after around 15 to 20 attempts the shower was full of mold and the light and ventilation did not work the room had only 1 working plug socket the phone system for the hotel didn't work. A massive pot hole outside i twisted my knee now have to wear a brace discusted by the whole package "

"No complaints at all. Staff were friendly, the place was clean, quiet, cool (not hot - end of July trip!), well priced, parking was easy and it had covid19 screens . The only very minor problem was with the room safe for which the instructions were in Italian (and we don't speak it!). 5 minutes 'playing' sorted that. Overall we would definitely stay there again."

"You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. And the elevator is small, 4 people is probably the maximum it would fit. There is a facility person and two vending...

"A beautiful very old castle. Rooms a little tired and could do with a little bit of TLC. But would not put us off recommending this hotel. Dinner was very tasty (although not the cheapest). Hotel staff are helpful. The historical pictures around the hotel are so interesting. Definitely worth a visit. "

"Quite a nice hotel to stay in, however, we found the neighborhood to be very noisy at night. There are a couple of bars just outside the front entrance, and the alleyway is busy at night. It is a pleasant walk from the train station, check in was easy and the room was fine."

"Great stay. We would highly recommend. It is right in the middle of “Old Town”, but quiet at night. Great service and breakfast.The only problem was they advertised ‘free parking’. NOT TRUE. There is NO free parking. If you get there EARLY, you May get in one of the 2 parking lots. Otherwise you have to go back up and around to “New Town” to park. Then you have to hike back to hotel. "Great hotel ideal for us as close to Cremona karting! Nice and clean and great breakfast! We love a dip the pool on our return from a long day at the kart track! We just wish the pool would stay open a bit later in the evenings as the children from all over the world swim and chat together! "
