"Great 2 day stay. Staff were helpful, breakfast was awesome, location was perfect. Only problem was the pull out bed for the 2 kids was a bit uncomfortable, but they seemed ok the 2nd night."

"We were delighted with the room and service until we came in at night and were met with a wall of heat. Had trouble getting to grips with the central heating control - not able to co-ordinate the instructions with the control panel entirely. Got it sorted but it took several hours to cool down - no opening window for quick result."

"Well placed. Literally 200m from the airport. Nice, quiet room with a super modern bathroom. Restaurant and lounge area are nice, but rhe restaurant menu is a bit limited. The burger was not that good, but the ribs were. "

"Used this hotel when visiting the NEC. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was really nice and the lunch menu was enjoyable. Room was nice (bathroom layout was a little weird - my wife locked herself in). The only complaint was the beds had new mattresses and were rock hard and slightly uncomfortable. But aside from that, enjoyed our stay."

"Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."
