"We travelled by train, trasped with our heavy suitcase through the pouring rain to the hotel and asked, not for an early check-in, we were a good three hours early, just simply for somewhere to leave our case so that we could go out and explore. It was a resounding no. Consequently, we didn't spend another penny, not even a drink at the bar. A massive hotel like that and they can't even provide a room for luggage until check-in. Please don't bother replying with an excuse because there...

"Reception was nice enough (decorated as a Santa’s grotto before Halloween) but the room was grubby. Floors were on slopes as you walk around, enough so that the drawer doors of the bedside cabinets kept opening open there own ! There was also a strong smell of the bathroom as you walked in the room. We asked to be moved but were told no rooms available. I’m glad we only had 1 night here."

"5 Star all the way, the guy on reception couldn't do enough for you, truly excellent."

"A great place to stay. Very comfortable rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. Some tasty beers on offer in the bar as well. Plenty of car parking. Will definitely be using Manor Court again. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"Room was clean and tidy, good amenities especially with the small fridge in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a good choice and served very quickly. Ample parking at the rear of the building. Good choice of evening meal, only sorry we weren't there on Sunday for the carvery. Great location in a beautiful small village. Would recommend and stay again."

"brilliant place. staff were lovely, very friendly. i needed vegan options for breakfast and they were more than happy to accommodate. great location and easy parking behind the pub. would definitely stay again"

"Lovely setting with some great architecture. Friendly family run hotel but somewhat tired in places. Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). Had its own ‘orangery’ and small garden. Loads of blinds to close, some of which were broken and the orangery outer doors had no blinds. Open plan so couldn’t make it completely dark… luckily had my eye...

"Alles perfekt und sehr schönes Zimmer."

"Really helpful staff, comfortable room and bed and easy to park. (I didn't have the breakfast). Would recommend."

"The rooms are clean but I do feel it does need a bit of TLC or a quick makeover. The staff were helpful however did see much of them."

"Nice stay"

"The staff were very profesional and very helpful. The hotel was very expensive for the dated decor and chipped paint and cleanliness wasn’t great The furniture was very dated as well."

"Room very basic and run down with curtains that didn’t close properly Very small shower cubicle, my husband struggled to move once in there. Beds very uncomfortable so didn’t get a decent sleep"

"Comodo parcheggio. Stanza basica. Bagno in corridoio in comune con altre due stanze. Se avete problemi con i rumori tenete conto che la stanza è sopra ad un pub."
