"Great family room with separate bunk beds for the children. Brilliant breakfast and canapes and staff were great. Only downside was the hot water wasnt working very well so had coldish showers."
"Excellent staff committed to ensuring that the Cliff Hotel is one of the best three star hotels. Consistently good over a number of visits I have made."
"A warm welcome, lovely spacious and very clean room. Had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was excellent, booking recommended as was very busy. Breakfast cooked to order.
The only thing that would make it perfect is a hot tub and sauna 😁"
"Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect"
"The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn."
"Dining room restaurant chairs stained and dirty carpet dirty and beyond cleaning timber floors need sanding snd polishing understaffed
Staff very friendly and helpful
Television not tuned overall the hotel needs preventative maintenance very noisy facing canal could not recommend this facility one of the worst premier inn hotels I have visited"
"Room was ok but no A/C and window could not be opened more than about 40 mm.
Fan supplied made a lot of noise at top speed but didn't move much air.
The rest was ok except for the tables in the area where we are breakfast whcih were slightly sticky. Food was ok (continental breakfast)."
"My colleagues who stayed there were appalled at the state of this place . The room was filthy and look at the state of the shower screen - covered in Algae .
The pictures on Hotels.com look good but probably taken
about 10 years ago when the place was last cleaned .
The boys were given another room but it was just as bad so they checked out without staying there at all. "
"Avoid. Bed bug ridden, dirty, uncontactable managers. We ended up staying outside on the street overnight after we discovered the bugs and nowhere else was open to book.
Horrific hotel."
