"My Review of Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Medical/Market Center Overall, my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Medical/Market Center was good, especially for a one-night stay! Check-in was fast, smooth, and friendly, which was a great start to my visit. The room was conveniently located in the back of the property, and the hotel was within walking distance of Medieval Times, which was a major plus. The room itself was nice, but unfortunately, there was a smell that made it seem as though the...

"The snack time from 530-730 was nice for the kids, free soda as well. 2 elevators out of 4 worked which made getting up and down a nightmare. the room was clean but the hotel is run down for an embassy suites."

"Staff are very nice. Convenient location to American Airlines Center and a DART station. Our room was (large) and clean; perhaps a bit dark but a serviceable option."

"Terrible staff. There was trash everywhere in the hallways. We showed up and our room wasn’t cleaned the bathroom had hair and half used toilet paper rolls in there with only one towel for 5 people.. and that’s with having TWO rooms. Once we went downstairs the staff told us that they didn’t expect this many people to come ask for towels so they have to wait for the dryer. And they told us to come down in 15 mins. That happened 3 times before I just asked for them to bring them up to me when...

"Property was not maintained well. Saw several water bottles on the floor in the driveway one day and saw those same bottles the next day. A whole 24 hours of no one on staff taking a walk to clean their property. Parking lot had a flood of water where if you parked and tried to step out you would get your shoes soaked. Not once did I see staff trying to dry that area out. Would not come back."

"Room was humid and breakfast was mid. Internet connection and reception was horrible"
