"Beautiful hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. We only stayed one night for an event we attended and it was close enough to the center."
"Good location although noisy in the evening, however the wet room drain gave the room an unpleasant smell. The hotel must have been aware of this, as when I arrived the window was open and the bathroom fan on. The problem became evident overnight when I had to shut the window and turn the bathroom light off. They should not have put me in that room. Very disappointed."
"They gave us an accessible room and that was very helpful for my husband. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious. The hotel was in the perfect location for everything we were doing. I was disappointed the breakfast ended at 9 AM it never gave me the opportunity to have it. Night staff said it ended at 10 and it didn't. We requested late check out and paid 20£ for two hours extra time. Unfortunately cleaners were not made aware so they still barged in the morning of and after being...
"Excellent hotel with efficient and friendly staff. We were upgraded to a lovely room on a higher floor. Large suite with great views.A quality breakfast was also included in the price."
"Elevator broken and lots of stairs. Desk clerk took our luggage up. Lovely rooms with tall ceilings. Right next to rail station. No air conditioning."
"Tuve un problema con mi reservación, al llegar a la propiedad me indicaron y mostraron que una de las dos reservas que había hecho estaba cancelada, no entendemos por que pasó esto, pero al parecer fue un problema de el sistema de Expedia, esto pudo resolverse gracias a la atención del personal de la propiedad pero de no haber sido por su ayuda y por que tenían una habitación disponible esto pudo ser una muy mala experiencia para nosotros."
"The room 214 was beautiful but unfortunately next to the kitchen extractor vent which kept going all night very loud
The staff said it couldn’t be turned off
It would stop for 10 minutes then start off again It needs to be addressed
If not in that room it would all have been fine"
