"I did not appreciate the £50 per night charge for 'incidentals'! Did they think I was going to wreck their room?? It made me feel like I was being treated as a troublemaker. I did get the money back btw. Also, I did not like the £15 fine if you took their shampoo bottles, again it made me feel uneasy. You could buy said bottles in the shops for a couple of £'s. The breakfast area was a maze, where moving around was difficult as you are constantly avoiding bumping into other people. "

"A hotel with nice clean rooms close to Temple Meads station. The rooms were a little small, but overall pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful toward any questions. Entrance was a little difficult due to the construction in the area. "

"The room was clean, well decorated and had a good ensuite. There was fresh coffee and a caffeteire. The staff were really friendly, and parking was easy (though an extra £10 per night). Cooked breakfast was great, and service very quick. The only issue was the bed, which was a king-size mattress, but perched on two single divan bases. We commented on that to the hotel - but otherwise the hotel was great, and we would return (but request one of the rooms with a double bed and proper divan base)."

"My stay was very pleasant and peaceful however the bathroom hot tap tended to drip when closing the tap which resulted in a small puddle near the bottom of the sink but overall a very good experience "

"Fantastic stay and will return. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. My room was clean, quiet and very comfortable, and the leisure facilities (pool, sauna, steam room) great. The gym also looked good and well-equpped, although I didn't get a chance to use it. I'm looking forward to staying again."

"Place was near where i needed to be bar staff in rhe day where very nice The room was big but afraid needed sone tlc haning coofee stains that hace ground in on the table kettle needed descaling some wall paper even over the snug bar area needed attention these details reflect on the ratings. My partner had decaf coffee in the day but at brrakfast was told we dont have decaf?
