"Room clean, but a lot of cobwebs at the top of the head board. Topper mattress was lumpy in the middle of the bed. Room was only cleaned on day of arrive, bin emptied on second day and cups cleaned. Recreptoon staff and bar staff lovely. Breakfast nice apart from cold coffee and toast."
"Good sized hotel with Spa facilities. Friendly staff at reception and the bar/restaurant. The meal at the restaurant was good, fairly pricey though. Plenty of parking and a 25 min walk to the centre of Llanelli."
"You have to pay for parking £5 for 24hrs then claim £2 back at the bar, this is not mentioned. Accommodation bath handles loose,peeling wallpaper gaps round window. Had to ask for a fan in heatwave which the lady on reception did find. Food standard. The fact they had delivers during the night meant little sleep as room overlooked carpark.went there 10years ago and was looking forward to returning i know wisk I had gone else where. Some staff where pleasant others not so much."
"Rooms very basic and plain. Definitely no thrills hotel, but clean. Room was boiling hot even with window open and it wasn't a day of extreme heat it was only around 23 in the daytime!!
Booked breakfast on line. But Definitely wouldn't book breakfast as better offering, price and selection if you just go down and order!!

"The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. "Located in the centre of town and with a car park which is very useful. Really helpful communication prior to arrival and a friendly welcome. The room was big and comfortable. A good selection at breakfast. We stayed here for one night to break up a bigger journey and would not hesitate to book again if we had to repeat this."

Hotel supplied winter duvets which were much too warm for June. Both nights were therefore uncomfortably wam. We stayed a Sunday and Monday night and the restaurant...
"The Hotel has parking first come first serve very Narrow drive through alley. Does not have a dessert menu this is done by staff telling you whats on the menu it also does not have a wine list this is very limited. "
