Clean and comfortable hotel

A pleasant stay, clean and comfortable. However, the evening meal at the hotel could have been a lot better. The chef was a bit heavy handed with the salt and the steaks were pretty tough. Overall a good location to explore what Swansea has to offer.

This was a nice hotel, but the are stairs to negotiate and on our stay the lift was out of order. Reception did offer to take our bags up, but the out of order lift was not mentioned. The food was well presented and tasty.
