"great"

"Better than a small hotel room, staff were excellent. Could have stayed much longer!"

"Roads were very narrow getting to the hotel. Give yourself plenty of time! Bathroom not great, bodged fixtures."

"Location / Parking"

"For what I paid, my room was disappointingly small. I couldn’t easily move around the bed without bashing my legs. It was comfortable enough for a night but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for longer. City centre location so handy as a base."

"The accommodation, though clean, is very tired. The leatherette headboard was worn and needed replacing. The television reception was poor with no signal at times. The bathroom suite was old with mildew around the bath. The restaurant and bar were comfortable and traditional. "My daughter grand daughter and myself stayed for one night , the staff were friendly and helpful , the room was lovely and well stocked with ect breakfast was also very good, they also arranged a cab for us to take us to the event we had booked. In all we had a lovely trip . A very enjoyable time. Many thanks to the staff from me and my family . Thank you"

"clean, comfortable room, comfortable bed, helpful, friendly staff, good breakfast"

"Everything was fine and as expected When we arrived the receptionists said breakfast was included - I queried as was certain we had booked without. BUT I was told breakfast was included. Lo and behold when we went down for breakfast, we were not booked in… this was annoying given the assurances we were given at check in!"

"We were in the rooms outside of the main building, they were dish"

"A really great place to spend a night or two. A budget hotel so rooms are compact, with limited in room facilities. However, lovely staff, great WiFi, breakfast if required. Hot drink facilities in the cafe area to help yourself and the bonus of this was being able to make my tea with fresh milk! I would definitely stay here in preference to a Travelodge or many Premier Inns, but don't share the secret!"
