"Check in was a bit screwed up for one of my sons. Credit card was not on his reservation at 130p when they assured at 1030a same day that it was. His check in was delayed for several hours til i get there. "

"Went for a wedding in the banquet room. Great experience. Front desk girl was a little crabby but we got through it fine. All the taxidermy could use a vacuuming and the tall windows washed in the entryway/second floor landing."

"We have stayed at Grand Casino Mille Lacs many times due to construction on our cabin. This is the first time we've been in one of their remodeled rooms. It is night and day difference. The new rooms are beautiful! Brand new everything! Although, the water pressure is the same unfortunately. The rest of the casino is the same. We do appreciate the pool and hot tub. The casino is not around any restaurants so you're limitied to what they have on site which isn't much. We will stay again,...

"Only complaint was north hotels shower doesn’t have enough shelves for your products while in the shower. Tv is not a smart tv and you cannot stream Netflix etc. No balcony on 2nd floor of north hotel. Mini fridge could be bigger. Over all all amenities were amazing. Location amazing. Restaurants were amazing we ate at the Italian restaurant and northwood pub. Everyone who worked at the resort was extremely friendly. "

"This is a cute motel. The property was clean and we had excellent communication. We were able to get an early check in when we called which was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient which doesn’t always happen with motels which have been updated. The walls are paper thin, so if you are a person that needs quiet I would say this is not the place for you. The bathroom was clean but the tub was not updated(think pink). This meant a nice big tub even if it was pink from another...

"The villa we stayed in was lovely and had the right amount of dishes and furniture. The villa could use a number on the door or garage to make it easier to find and get into. "
