"The check-in was a little bit confusing, but once we checked in the room was lovely we really really enjoyed our day. It was still delightful and we’re looking forward to stopping again very soon. Outstanding continental breakfast. Plenty of staff to hand when needed."

"Five star service from start to finish. Lukas and Andrea contacted us on the day to ask our time of arrival and we’re waiting as we arrived. We had a family room which was actually 2 connecting rooms. One with a double bed and one with triple bunks. The double mattress was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was absolutely spotless. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with proper mugs (not tiny cups) which was a bonus. The cooked breakfast was delicious and there was also cereal and fruit juices available. When we were leaving we were given a bag with locally sourced crisps and lollies for our journey home, which was a lovely touch. Also, even though we had checked out in the morning, when we arrived back to our car in the early evening and were all soaking from the Pleasure Beach rides, Andrea invited us in to get changed out of our wet clothes. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and all the special touches 😍"

"We arrived to find that our booking wasn't known by the hotel itself as they were no longer using Hotels.com. So we had to wait around with a member of staff who didn't seem to know what to do... eventually we got booked into the room we'd asked for online. Got given the keys. And then that was the end of any contact with the hotel staff. No offer of breakfast or help with anything. Thankfully the room was clean & comfortable enough for the 2 nights we were there. But they need to sort their bookings out asap!"

"Fabulous Hotel to stay in. Super friendly Staff, very clean and tidy everywhere, plenty of Tea, Coffee, Sugar and milk, didn't have to ask for a refill. Super location for Tower, Winter Gardens, Shops and Sea Front. Just perfect. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choice. Highly recommended. "

"Staff were friendly and polite, breakfast was tasty, but for the money there could have been a little more of it. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. No complaints, one of the best B&Bs I have stayed at in Blackpool and will not hesitate to go back there the next time I visit the town. Highly recommended."
