"The hotel is centrally located in the city with tram stops immediately outside the front door, so getting around is excellent. The hotel itself was clean and our family room whilst very minimalist was perfectly satisfactory. The only gripe we had was with the double bed. It was like sleeping on a brick - very hard, which made it difficult to get a restful sleep. Staff were very good and gave us great advice on getting around. We would definitely stay again, but would request a softer mattress...

When we arrived at our room it was beautifully clean but unfortunately smelt very highly of lillies and myself being allergic to lillies and asthmatic started wheezing and coughing. We found many small.air freshner balls on th floor and the smell was from them.
