"Transfer easy to the airport, the staff are nice very helpful "

"Right on Princess street and convenient location to the train station and other activities. Hotel is really old one and does not have an elevator going up to the lobby. This can get taxing for carrying luggage and sr citizens needing to go up and down the stairs. "

"This property is close to the Royal Mile and the university, making it very convenient to shopping, dining and visiting my daughter in her dorm at the university. The front desk staff is very helpful and pleasant, even when the lobby is full of people. I've stayed here twice in the last year and have had very good experiences each time. Oh, and the breakfast is great! "

"This hotel is away from the hustle & bustle of city life, but it is right on the bus route in and out of Edinburgh. We got instructions from the desk staff on how to use the Lothian Bus system. Breakfasts were buffet style and kept supplied by the staff. I enjoyed the wide variety of food choices for breakfast."
