"Great location with friendly staff. We had the family suite and it was nice, clean with a mini fridge, Keurig, two tvs and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. The property is beautiful and you are right downtown Laconner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there is tea,coffee & hot water with hot cocoa/apple cider packets 24/7. "Lovely old school hotel in the heart of Fairhaven. Walk about to great shops and restaurants. Coffee and muffins, including gluten free options, provided every morning. Wonderful stay!"

"Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the "

"It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...

"It is not clear until booking that many stairs are required to access the bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The stairs are very shallow and slippery. Larger bedroom bed is extra soft and roll towards the middle is unavoidable. 2nd bedroom bed is against the wall. No place to sit and read with coffee. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom. Beautiful view. Instructions at property differed from email Instructions for check out."
