"I was assaulted and offered no further accommodation, security escort, discounts etc"

"The hotel is nice and clean but the lightning is really bad: impossible to shave or wear makeup and the room is not better. Very dark. In the bathroom, there is a fancy Bluetooth mirror but the light is very dim. They don’t even have the double sided mirror that magnifies"

"Great location"

"Mostly clean. Some mystery spatter in the bathroom wall. Had another guests welcome letter in our room kinda weird. Definitely tiny room. We stayed 8 days so was a little rough. Location was excellent. Staff were great. Nice restaurant connected to property with good food!"

"We flew internationally to Philadelphia from Milan and with no connecting flights home that day. Having the hotel, literally, connected to the airport. We were cheerfully greeted, and quickly checked in, even offered bottled water-it's the small things. They even provide a shuttle to your airline in the morning. A great experience."

"Clean rooms and close to PHL. Shuttle runs when you need. Had a 3am drop for a departure. On time. Great value!"

"Terrible! Your car will be stolen and nobody will care or assist any"

"great place to stay"

"It was very close the airport, which was a good location"
