"Overall a good choice. Centrally located and offers parking which is very convenient. Breakfast had good savory and sweet options including fresh ground and brewed coffee, eggs, local farm to table ingredients and friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff varied in attitude and demeanor , but Leila was excellent. Room cleaning was thorough and prompt. Pedestrian exit convenient to shops and restaurants. However, Wi-Fi was spotty at best and could be improved. Mezzanine conference room area good...

"Decent for price"

"Wonderful lakeside location, away from the main Stresa hotels, but by a ferry terminal. Pleasant well organised breakfast buffet - but no kettle or fridge in the room."

"Excellent hot breakfast, old building but modernized, cost very reasonable, very helpful management was able to have some English speaking channels added to my tv, wow. There’s a restaurant on site as well. Being right next to the train station is a big plus, but trains are infrequent and there’s no elevator or escalator. And no direct service to the airport or to Milan. There’s not much to see in the town itself but it’s very close to Arona by train (four minutes). From Arona you can get...

"Great location spacious room and very friendly staff."

"5 star hotel but affordable. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back."

"Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches Personal und gute, recht ruhige Lage"

"I loved the lakefront location and room with a view. Both the train station and bus stop are very convenient, my only disappointment was that boat service is suspended until April of 2027."

"Extremely helpful staff and high standards of service."

"Breakfast was the best breakfast in any hotel I have ever stayed at. It was exceptional, stay here and treat yourself to the free breakfast fit for a king. The cappuccino was exceptional also, best I have ever had but I’m not an expert on cappuccino but it sure was good."

"Tout était parfait."
