The property itself was neat, lovely and easily accessible and had a private parking for an additional €7 p/n. We booked for a quadruple room which was amazing and provided us with the comfort needed for our stay. Staff were ready to answer any queries we had & breakfast was good. There are very nice restaurants in the neighborhood offering amazing Italian food."

"I did a Expedia booking and payment at the same time as usually. Next morning the Hotel Staff or owner force me to pay another time explaining me they did only the deposit and start to show me different papers, I refuse to pay another time explaining him several times I already did the payment at that point he become very rude and kick me off the Hotel Hall. So be careful with this Hotel the manner are very rude and unprofessional if you listen to him you maybe charged twice as often Italian...

"Great location, super garage to park the car right next door. I asked for some water for the room, was charged €3!! The bed was v uncomfortable, especially the pillows, they felt more like sacks of flour. "

The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. And the elevator is small, 4 people is probably the maximum it would fit. There is a facility person and two vending...
