Comfortable well located hotel.

Well located Hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms well appointed, rooms a bit dated but definitely characterful. Overall a good choice if you want a city centre hotel, only a few minutes walk from the Railway station.

A lot of noise from adjoining rooms. No cable to the kettle which wasn't rectified in a 3 night stay. Good location close to station and short walk into centre. Tiny bathroom decorated 80s style

Hotel semplice, comodo a piedi per la stazione e il centro. Letti scomodi, pecche di manutenzione (es.lavandino intasato). Servizio minimale, non ci é stata nemmeno proposta la colazione (con supplemento, non inclusa nel pernottamento). Siamo arrivati in anticipo e chiesto se era possibile avere prima la camera (senza pretese), ci hanno mandato indietro più volte senza chiederci il n. di contatto per avvisarci che era pronta (cortesia al cliente). L'hotel non possiede una hall dove attendere.

Ottimo e comodo

A due passi dalla stazione Fs e a 10 minuti dal centro storico, questo Hotel rappresenta un'ottima scelta soprattutto per chi viaggia in treno. Bella stanza recentemente rimodernata, letto comodo e bagno con doccia spaziosa.Reception gentile ed efficiente!!!

Piccolo ma confortevole

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda: 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. La stanza era piccola e con arredamento un po' datato, ma confortevole e pulita, con minibar funzionante e ben tre sedie vicino alla scrivania. Il letto comodo, con possibilità di scelta tra diversi tipi di cuscini a disposizione nell'armadio. Il bagno pulito, con piccola finestra. Non ho amato particolarmente la doccia walk-in e il getto poco potente. Il getto di lavandino e bidet invece perfettamente funzionante. In bagno era presente anche il set di cortesia. Ulteriore nota positiva è la reception aperta 24/24, il che è molto comodo se si arriva in hotel in tarda serata per fare il check-in (a causa di svariati ritardi del treno sono arrivato a Modena dopo l'una di notte e non sono sorti problemi a tal proposito).
