"Helpful and courteous staff. Lovely room. "

"1-2 hours in 4 days had suddenly no power. Couple days whole days has no WiFi. 10 minutes had no water when I was taking shower. Patio door could not close, had to find handymen to fix. Pillow cases didn’t wash. microwave door broke"

"Really nice property, better than a hotel"

"The room was not ready untill5:00pm although I called them 24 hrs before my arrival. The clerk does not greet the guests as they should. They don't believe in don't disturb sign on your door. No food or restaurants around the place like they claim in their AD. Loss of power very frequently and No alternativepower generator. The tv did not work and they sent me three techs to fix it at the same time but in vain. Any way it was bad two days I won't go back."

"Very friendly staff clean also offered laundry service. Myself and my family would stay here again"

"The property refuse to pick call. They are fraud Don’t book with them they will take your money"

"Room was carpeted which attracted dust. Room stank of cigarettes. I requested a double bed, but was given a room with THREE single beds! Restaurant was full of flies, so could not eat there, as hygiene was poor, as I saw waiter checking temperature of cooked food with his bare hands. Cooked food was cold. I could not wait to leave."

"I liked how clean and will maintained the place was. Also the staff were very helpful and very polite and professional"

"It's a great experience but far from where you can get some needs"

"سكنت الفندق أكثر من مرة. كل مرة أراه بنفس المستوى. لا يحتاج إلا إلى تجديد في المبنى نفسه فالبناء قديم جدا مع أن حالته جيدة؟ هذه المرة كان سعره مرتفعا مقارنة بمرات سابقة"

"When I have arrived there was no 9ne there to check me in, the door was open, the floors are so dirty, the villa is abandoned, rooms are full of dust and old trash , I was so worried that I didn't even go to any room and stayed at the villa door calling for anyone to help and no one came, I had to leave and trying to get a refund"

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at Prime Inn Andalus in New Cairo. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely, spacious and exceptionally clean, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day out. The concierge was also incredibly helpful, welcoming and attentive, which made the overall experience even better. The hospitality, cleanliness and comfort really made my stay memorable. I genuinely couldn’t fault the experience and would have no hesitation...
