"Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Cairo was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single team member we encountered was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a perfect experience. The hotel itself is stunning—immaculately clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed. It feels like a private oasis right in the middle of Mirage City. We were blown away by the dining options; all the food was really good, whether we were grabbing a casual breakfast or enjoying a fine dinner. Every meal was fresh, expertly prepared, and delicious. A major highlight of our trip was the recreation. I thoroughly enjoyed playing on the 27-hole championship golf course, which was perfectly manicured and offered a fantastic challenge. The pools were also incredible, especially the unique wave pool at "The Beach" area, which provided hours of relaxation and fun. Truly, everything was amazing during our time here. This resort perfectly combines world-class amenities with exceptional hospitality. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo!"

"I really enjoyed my stay there, it was very clean, bed and the billows were very comfortable. Very nice, helpful guys at the reception Abdullahrahman, Ahmed and the smiling guy I can't remember his name, the young man Ali, I don't think I ever met nicer hotel reception staff. The air-conditioning was excellent. There is close by mall called Arabella Mall it has greater restaurant and shops. No where is too far with value for money Uber or InDrive never use cash it's less headache."

"We had a really lovely stay at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel. It was easy to get to, check-in was very straightforward, and the staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was lovely and exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance hotel. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well presented, and the bathroom was especially nice with an amazing shower and bath. The only very minor thing that would have been handy was having plug sockets on both sides of the bed, but this really didn’t affect our stay. The pool area was more than adequate and a lovely place to relax, gym was good as well! We also had food at the bar, which was very good. There was a slight issue with one of our meals, but I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally the waiters and manager dealt with it. They resolved everything straight away, and the way they handled it definitely left a very positive impression. The location is also great, particularly having the Marriott next door and easy access if you want to play golf or use the surrounding facilities. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it."
