"I had a wonderful experience. This is my second time within this year. I have been staying at the hotel for the past 10 years. This year has been by far the best, they must have done something with training staff. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Especially in the lounge and at the bake shop patio outdoor area. The lead person Mr. Ossama is very friendly and always smiling very attentive and you feel warmth when you are there."

"While I didn't use any amenities, so I cannot grade them, the hotel was in a great location, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room and bed were comfortable. I appreciated the microwave, fridge and hotpot so I could save money on meals. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a really lovely stay at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel. It was easy to get to, check-in was very straightforward, and the staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was lovely and exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance hotel. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well presented, and the bathroom was especially nice with an amazing shower and bath. The only very minor thing that would have been handy was having plug sockets on both sides of the bed, but this really didn’t affect our stay. The pool area was more than adequate and a lovely place to relax, gym was good as well! We also had food at the bar, which was very good. There was a slight issue with one of our meals, but I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally the waiters and manager dealt with it. They resolved everything straight away, and the way they handled it definitely left a very positive impression. The location is also great, particularly having the Marriott next door and easy access if you want to play golf or use the surrounding facilities. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it."

"The hotel is a bit far from shopping centers and local stores, but it’s very close to the airport, which makes it convenient for travelers. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast is good with a nice variety of options, and the hotel also has a pleasant swimming pool. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a peaceful place near the airport."
