"The cabins situated within the forest has a romantic feel. However that’s were everything stopped. The car parking situation need to be improved and managed better with half of them not maintained and guests are not being managed to use the car parks properly. Some taking up two spaces leaving others no where to park. The rooms are poorly maintained. The windows do not shut, giving you - permanent outside air and noise. The doors are falling apart. The only good thing are the screens that are...
"Very happy with the bungalow we had. It was perfect for a couple and we loved being in the rainforest. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hosts were also great. Our flight was delayed and we were arriving later than anticiapted but they were able to accommodate a later check in on short notice. Our gps was taking us further than the actual bungalow but there was signage so we found it easily even in the dark. I think the highlight of us staying here was being woken up by a...
"We really enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful lodge. Breakfast was good and the hosts delightful. They shared a lot about the local history and culture. Don’t miss the historic rock art nearby."
"Amazing place! Has everything you need except cellular service - but let’s be honest you don ’t need that either. Host was great and had suggestions on things to see nearby. The on property swimming hole was so nice for a hot summer day. Visit the insect museum nearby if it is open. "
"Ferntree was basic accommodation. Towels were shabby, lighting around the place was not sufficient at night, restaurant food was below par, the beds were uncomfortable and the noise between rooms was far too evident"
"Rainforest heaven. The cabin is spacious, quiet and wonderfully equipped for a peaceful stay. The bed is magnificent - you even have a pillow menu!
The outlook from your own private deck to the surrounding rainforest is captivating.
Very highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful, private haven."
