"It was brillant bit busy at recption even tho we were an hour an half after check in time started but served quickly and friendly really welcomed into the hotel and the staff were excellent enjoyed our stay and will definitely be using this hotel again in the future"

"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping areas are full. A great base if you want to explore the Lake District."
