"Great location! They have most anything you need but may have forgotten available. They have microwaves available to heat food and even have paper plates and utensils available for the asking at the front desk. Our room was a good size. Beds were comfortable."

"We booked 4 rooms here for 8 people total (2 per room) and our room was lovely. Clean, comfortable, and with a great view of the Sumida River and Sky Tree. However, my other friends said their Double Room (1 bed) was realllyy small. They said there wasnt enough room to open up their luggage and such. For us, it was a little bit more spacious but we managed to make it work by using the space under our beds. Other rooms did not have space under the beds. So im guessing every room is different......

"i really enjoyed my stay. Staff was really nice, and room and property was very clean. Breakfast included so a nice meal before heading out. Only down i have is the bed. Felt like sleeping on a boxspring mattress. Helpful because i would wake up early to get out an explore."

"The area was great with only a few minute walk to multiple entrances to the train station. Loads of convient shops like 7/11 and family mart nearby. Staff are really helpful and will try their best to help. It is a very hard matress and pillow but a lovely hotel"

"I knew the room would be small and brought only a trolly and couldn't even open it properly. The location was great, just by the river and very close to 2 subway lines. Loved the sento on the roof to ease the aching muscles. The front desk staff did not speak english at all. Over all it was good value for money"

"Highly recommended. Less than 5 minutes walk from Tawaramachi Station(Ginza Line). From Toei Asakusa Station Exit 2B (which serves both Narita & Haneda Airports) is less than 12 mintues walk. The reason you need to use Exit 2B is because this is the exit that has an elevator to go to street level. The hotel provides 24 hr coffee and juices at the lobby at a DIY corner. Easy access to everywhere in Tokyo using the Ginza Line. Many F&B outlets around but location is not over tourism. Walking...

"Only down side was that there wasn’t room to hang out within the hotel if you’re traveling with a group and staying in different rooms. However, there are so many restaurants, shopping areas, and convenience stores in walkable distance."

"The superior double twin room was great. Not huge but just enough had a nice little corner couch, perfect for suitcases. Little fridge, and safe, bidet, hairdryer etc all supplied Their pillows are very hard and seemed to have “dried beans”in them. They do offer an upgrade but we’re out when we tried. Our airplane neck pillows saved us!!otherwise everything was perfect. Staff was super nice!"
