"The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The only issue we had was with parking. The person who checked us in did not let us know we needed to validate the parking. We had early soccer games each morning and got charged an extra $12 when I tried to get it corrected the lady working the front desk the evening of the 13th she spoke very rude and basically said iwe should have validated. I explained I did not know that and she shrugged her shoulders and repeated I needed to validate. Would not...

"Easy to find and right near Union Station. Had free breakfast and happy hour."

"The hotel is very close to the Arch. However, this area of downtown is dead now days. Many buildings and stores emptied. It all looks like a ghost town after 8pm. There is very limited options for dining. Keep this in mind. "

"This stay was great for what we needed . We got a good nights sleep and free snacks bar at night was such a unique touch. What looked like the manager stopped by to see how everything was. Pool was refreshing although the jets in the hot tub were not working it was a nice temperature to soak a tired body from driving for miles. Staff were very friendly."
