"Handtuch zerrissen, keine Steckdose im Bad so dass man sich im Zimmer Fönen muss. Frühstück gut, tolle Halloweendeko"

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"This is a fantastic hotel, with a great staff and location. I would definitely stay there again. The room is on the small side, but adequate; the staff are kind and friendly; the lobby cafe is excellent (we ate two meals there), and it's perfectly located next to the train station and within easy walking or bus distance of Cambridge town."

"Friendly staff and clean, quiet room"

Breakfast was nice apart from toast wasn’t warm enough but overall good experience. Room was clean and beyond my expectations in terms of what they provided. Good value and good location."

Also on the pictures, number 8 (as I type this) implied a goody bag was provided, but wasn't. Particularly, it looked like a yoghurt pot. There wasn't even yoghurt provided at...

"Always have a pleasant stay here. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is very good too."

"Stayed for two nights whilst visiting Cambridge. Great hotel. Clean and has everything you could want. Had dinner in the restaurant both nights. Food was amazing. Big shout out to Elia Tous, the restaurant manager. So so helpful and gave great recommendations."

"Great location and helpful staff"
