"Great location and staff, but sub-par rooms and unfulfilled bookings
We had high hopes given the lovely main hotel areas and friendly staff, but the room quality was unacceptable for what we paid.
As a couple, we booked a double room with a sea view. Instead, after first being sent to a flooded room overlooking the car park, we were moved to another dated room with twin single beds, zero balcony privacy, and only a partial sea view. El personal muy amable y además nos gustó el restaurante!
El apartamento estaba en un bajo y no tenía muy buena luz y además tuvimos una cucaracha, pero por lo demás todo perfecto, estaba limpio y nos cambiaron las toallas/sábanas cada 3 días. Alomejor sí que queda algo pequeño para 5 personas pero es suficiente porque no estuvimos mucho allí.
Para aparcar muy bien y también a nivel ubicacion pues está muy bien comunicado con todo.

Main things to mention that were not great - the breakfast was quite mediocre but not the end of the world. The rooms were nice and clean but aircon was on the weak side. Overall really nice place for a short stay in Ciutadella."

"I had a lovely stay at Hotel Bahia in May 2026. I really enjoyed the character of the hotel, particularly knowing that it is family-owned and was the first hotel ever built in Menorca. It gives the hotel a lovely sense of history and charm.
They even gave me a lovely little keyring featuring the traditional Menorcan sandals, which was such a thoughtful touch and a nice keepsake from my stay.
