"If you like beat to heck furniture, flickering bulbs, black grout and cracked sinks you will love this place!"

"Nothing"

"The only “issue” I had with our room was the bathroom setup. The shower & toilet were separate from the sink, but to close the door you basically had to stand in the shower. It was extremely tight. And there was no exhaust fan. Just poor layout. If you’re a larger person you’re going to struggle maneuvering around."

"The rooms were spacious and fit our family of 5 travelers perfectly. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the omelette station. There was a bar and so much comfy seating in the center area. The manager’s reception was also nice at the end of the day where they offered two drinks and snacks."

"Excellent"

"Terrible experience. We booked 5 months in advance, and they gave away our larger 1-bedroom suite and replaced it with a simple single room with 2 queen beds. First, they claimed it was due to "a contract they had with OSU hospital," then they blamed third party apps (i.e. Expedia) for over booking the rooms. Then we found that the heat in the room wasn't functioning properly, so we froze all night. There was no hair dryer so had to go to front desk to get one, thought it wasn't working then...

"I booked this hotel not knowing anything about Ohio. This hotel is in the cutest area and we felt very safe. It was super cozy in the lobby and our standard room was huge. There was a whole sectional in there! And a huge TV! Complementary breakfast was great and the staff were kind and personable. Love that they serve Starbucks coffee too! There’s also a pizza pub and Dim Sum right next door which was a lifesaver. 10/10 would recommend."

"Beautiful property and excellent customer service"

"This was such a pleasant stay. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and seemed very happy to be there. Our room was perfect. It was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for the two of us. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the variety of condiments they had available to top oatmeal with. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay for the night and we will definitely use this for our next stay in Columbus."
