"All well staff is the best friendly and helpful"

"The hotel staff didn't allow me to check in 2 hours earlier of and had to talk to them nicely. But later they upgraded the my room to suite one. The room is very nice and clean. The cleaning crews were nice and did a great job. The staff helped me to get the baggages in and out. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay. I still prefer the hotel front should allow to check in few hours earlier. Thanks again."

"Decent view on one of the busy areas and Skyline in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is located in a very accessable area. Lots of things are nearby that you would like for a couple days stay. We however only stayed for one night and where glad we decided so, as the age of the facility started to show and the cleanliness could really be improved upon."

"The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel."

"What's literally not good in this hotel: no iron ,no hair dryer ,only one towel in the bathroom ,the AC has only cold option no heat available and when you try to take a shower after 10 to 15 minutes water turns cold. The price is high for a 3-stars hotel."

"I never encountered such a terrible attitude & rudeness in a hotel before. They state that there is a parking available. I arrive to the hotel & called the front desk from the car to ask where the parking is or to send me the valet. The receptionist said “no we don’t have parking dear” so I asked then where am I supposed to park to which she answered “I’m busy” so I said that’s a great attitude & costumer service & she replied “yeah”.
