"Bathrooms are filthy make sure you get a room with own private bathroom excellent and helpful staff"

"Plenty of hot water available and showers Clean quiet rooms Easy access to come and go Helpful staff Good value"

"This was my second stay and apart from the great location so close to the city, this is one of the quietest Hotels or Apartments I’ve ever stayed. The apartments aren’t brand new, but they are spacious and very comfortable. Reception is not always manned, so just make sure you message them to arrange check in."

"The Staff were wonderful with accommodating us during our stay and our visitors the morning of my daughters wedding!"

"The original price of the accommodation was excellent. However on arriving I discovered that parking the car off street was an extra charge of $40.00 or an extra about 40% on the original cost of the accommodation. There was no alternative as the street parking was two hours that ran until 10.00PM so being at a function in the CBD street parking was not an alternative. "The first room we got smelled like cigarette even if it’s non-smoking room. But the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room. Location is great. Close to tram and trajn station. There are nearby restaurants as well."

"Very clean and quiet. Staff were excellent."

"Fantastic location, simple rooms, easy check in, exactly what it looks like. Great place to stay and check out Fitzroy on a budget."

"Very happy stayed twice in 2years and both experience was perfect"

"Convenient location"

"Arrived at the property to a locked door. All windows on the lower level broken to some degree. Never emailed an entry code from the property owner and tried to contact the property several times but left to ring through to an automated message bank. Left stranded outside during Grand Prix weekend so very few other accomodation options available. Thank you Wotif for so promptly issuing me a refund as this place is not worth your time booking. Absolutely appalling, don’t waste your time on this...

"It was ok but by no means the quality I would have expected. The room was cold and I had to ask for a heater. The first 2 were broken so they gave me their personal heater. That worked well. It was loud there. The piano they played was extra loud, the divide between the rooms was thin so I could hear everything from the room next to me and the people outside my window were loud. The bed rolled around easily so I had to be careful not to bump it much when getting into it. The bed itself was...
