It was crap. The only clean thing was sheets. Stank of cigarettes. Other 'guests' played loud music at 5am - and to top it off the list of rules revealed that it was actually crisis accommodation. Shameless rip-off.

It says 12mm should be quiet and respect other people who stayed there but that’s not what happened first night someone is shouting and loud for hours like from 1am to 3am. Friday night was fine it was quiet but Saturday day next to my room how many time should the people could go in and out? Every minute they open the door for who knows what’s the reason and so loud. I tried to have a good sleep as I have an early flight to catch but I didn’t sleep until 2am because of their noice.. it was so terrible and never again I will book a place there. No bins inside the room, no soap holder and it says on the photo microwave but there was none

Putting the budget in budget

Staff were lovely, however the towels provided were dirty, the area around the toilet was dirty, the showerhead didn't work and caught on the shower tap resulting in sudden changes of temperature, and the air conditioner was not functioning. Lastly the parking was narrow and difficult.

We got to our room and it was nothing like the pictures. There was dirty hand prints on the benches there was hair on the sink rubbish on the floor and mud on the floor. We where then shown 2 other rooms that where no better will not stay again

This property is actually crisis accomodation and Crest are not permitted to use it as a hotel room. The room we had was full of bedbugs and my husband is badly bitten It has been reported to council NEVER EVER agree to stay here, there is nothing good about this property and sad to think people in crisis are made to stay here

Good location and decent car parking, but steer clear of the “budget” rooms because they are not just basic, but quite concerning by way of what appeared to be a blood-stained mattress, wine and other stains on the floors, burn marks on the doorway, garbage bags were provided in place of actual rubbish bin (but only upon request). Very disappointed and alarmed.

Rooms were clean, spacious for the two of us and very, very quiet. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We opted for off street parking and the car park is tight for space. Overall a good experience.
