"Staff very rude"

"Pleasantly surprised staff were friendly and helpful the restaurant was good with bar games to entertain the kids we stayed for one night whilst visiting family the rooms were clean and comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep thank you"

"The accommodation was perfect, clean spotless, everything you need for a stay away from home very comfortable bed. Seating in kitchen could have been a little more comfortable if wanting to spend time in the accommodation, However at the moment there is a construction site behind the cabins and the noise is absolutely horrendous, would have been polite to have been informed of this as we were away for a holiday to rest and relax and would not have booked for this reason alone. I highly recommend...

"Beautiful country house. Amenities well thought out and we liked the honour bar concept. Only drawback was tepid water and cold bathroom radiator."

"Lovely room, however kettle was in the hallway, not an issue for me but had to keep reminding myself to pick up the key. Parking was challenging and in the early week you have to travel to eat, so car is needed"

"A fabulous apartment. Beautifully furnished and it had everything we needed for a great stay. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful and the location was great for exploring Devon. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to others."

"Very quiet location, excellent views, warm and welcoming upon arrival. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area"

"A beautiful little property situated perfectly being just over an hour for either the North or South of Devon. The property is very original and quaint. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was nice hearing about some of their history."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cabin was perfect and the host was lovely. "

"Home from home very clean, central to family. Neighbours ( all this area ) very friendly and polite. A wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you."

"Great place to stay, as a single woman travelling i felt safe and welcomed. Breakfast was great to."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would 100% recommend this lodge! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The lodge was spotless, beautifully presented and had everything we could possibly need. We were especially impressed with all the thoughtful little extras provided, including dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bathrobes and towels. It’s rare to find a holiday lodge so well equipped, and those small touches really made us feel welcome. Glyn and Phillipa...

"The flat offers great views of the sea but that is the only positive thing about it. It's tired, full of useless trinkets and furniture, the musty smell is everywhere and it's freezing cold this time of the year. To top it all, you have to pay for your own electricity which is not made clear in the particulars invluding the convectors heaters that use up a lot of electricity. I would not choose it again!"
