"Well placed hotel with friendly staff, just a bit old fashioned. Our double bed was quiet small and someone threw bread on the flat roof outside our window so we were disturbed by birds which was a shame. No issues with cleanliness, helpful staff and on site parking meant overall good value. "

"This hotel is amazing!!!! It has so much personality, great staff, a wonderful pub to go to where one can enjoy a great dinner, other great places to go to within walking distance. And it's right next to a bus stop so it is possible to go further off and just come back in the evening. This was such a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to go back to Highworth and The Saracen's Head Hotel!!!!"

"Overall it was fine for one night. We booked 2 rooms at same time both in name of Parkinson. Weird that we in opposite ends of the place! Breakfast food was fine but coffee dreadful. Would stay again but get breakfast elsewhere."

"The location in Winchcombe is beautiful. Cotswold Old with cottages draped in climbing roses. Our room for the price was as described. Clean but a bit rickety. Everything creaked. The food was stunning and it was a very nice pub with a very good choice of beers and ales on tap. We were a tad put out there was no breakfast option on Expedia. Only available if you book direct."

"My only comment would be around the shower. Whilst the shower was excellent the water comes out into the bathroom because the drain needs to raised to form a lip."

"Arrangements were really clear. Guidance was efficent and keyless access was secure and avoided need to look after an extra key. Location is great for anywhere in Cheltenham. Nick was quickly on hand to answer questions and confirm details through text or phone."

"Stayed here for 2 days. Very close to the train station, as well as the bus stop for local buses to nearby villages. It was perfect for my needs. Bed was comfortable as well, and I slept like a baby. NOTE: There's no door to the bathroom (only a curtain). If you're sharing a room, make sure you're comfortable with this."

"Super nice staff with easy check in and out. Right in the middle of town with grocery store really close. We rented a car and toured the area. Beautiful! Shower water could have been a little hotter but, everything else was GREAT! Including the breakfast. Highly recommend the B&B."

"Turned up to check in after a 12hr work shift for the reception staff to tell me that my booking had been cancelled. They explained that I should have received an email. No email received and all my bookings for the Ibis at Swindon are still live. I checked in next door at the Holiday Inn express, she explained that they were fully booked and there are plenty of hotels in Swindon. I asked to see the manager of the HI express and fortunately they managed to get me a room which I had to pay for...
